Terms of Sale

Orders placed through the euroTCG.eu B2B platform are subject to the following terms of sale, unless specific terms have been signed:

Fast Shipping

Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, and before 11:00 a.m. on Fridays, are processed and shipped on the same day.

If payment is confirmed after this time, shipping will take place on the next business day.

Exceptions include public holidays, shipments of launch-release products for certain card games, and periods of increased workload.

There is no need to send payment confirmation. EuroTCG verifies payments several times a day. Please note that an order is shipped only after payment has been confirmed.

Order Tracking

We use reputable courier companies, such as InPost, with tracking numbers provided, allowing you to check the status of your order at any time in the “Order History” section of your account.

You will also receive an email with the tracking number.

Prices

The distribution sales prices — PVD — displayed on the website include VAT.

Euro TCG reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, as well as to update the catalogue by removing products or adding new ones.

Important: High-Demand Products

If you reserve high-demand products, such as selected card games or exclusive Funko figures, final availability will depend on the quantity delivered by the manufacturer to our warehouses.

Even if you confirm your reservation within the required timeframe, we cannot guarantee product availability.

Commercial Policy and Payment Terms

After confirming a purchase on eurotcg.eu, you have a maximum of 30 calendar days to make payment, counted from the date of order confirmation.

Exception: for products in the Trading Card Games category, this period is reduced to 7 calendar days.

If an order is combined, the reference date will be the confirmation date of the original order.

If payment is not made within the specified period, the order will be cancelled.

Order consolidation will be carried out within a maximum period of 30 days from confirmation of the reservation or purchase of the products included in the order.

The price of the products is confirmed at the time the reservation or purchase is formalised, regardless of whether payment has already been made. In the event of later changes, the price applicable at the time of reservation or purchase will always apply.

Full or partial cancellation of orders — whether relating to purchases of products marked as AVAILABLE, BACKORDER, or PRE-ORDER, as well as cancellations made at the customer’s direct request — may result in penalties.

In extreme cases, such penalties may lead to the withdrawal of the ability to make reservations.

Euro TCG reserves the right to adjust these deadlines at its own discretion if it considers this necessary to improve order management and ensure optimal service.

If you use direct debit and exceed your credit limit, you must free up part of your limit within the agreed deadlines in order to avoid order cancellations.
