High-demand products

Some TCG cards and products from upcoming releases may experience very high demand. In such cases, availability may be limited, and order fulfillment will depend on the quantity received from suppliers.

What does high demand mean?

Limited availability

For high-demand products, the quantity available to partners may be less than the number of orders placed.

Possible allocation

If the received quantity is limited, orders may be partially fulfilled or according to cooperation priority.

Pre-orders

For releases and pre-sales, final fulfillment depends on the quantity received and the release date.

Product statuses

Check what the markings next to the products mean.

Available

The product is in stock. Shipping is processed daily.

Pre-order

The product can be ordered before official availability. Shipping will take place after release or receipt of delivery.

On demand

The product is available, but brought in on demand. Fulfillment time may be longer than for readily available products.

How do we fulfill products with limited availability?

In case of high demand, the number of available products may be limited. An order does not always guarantee receipt of the full quantity.

Final fulfillment depends on availability, order date, cooperation history, and the established B2B program.

Partners with higher priority may receive precedence in limited availability situations.

Orders may be partially fulfilled if the received delivery is less than the demand.

For larger orders or pre-orders, we encourage you to contact us before finalizing the purchase.

What to do when a product is in high demand?

Check product status

The status informs whether the product is available off-the-shelf, for pre-order, or brought in on demand.

STEP 2

Place an order or pre-order

For pre-orders, placing an order allows you to express demand before official availability.

STEP 3

Await confirmation

With limited availability, we can only confirm the final quantity after receiving information from the supplier.

STEP 4

Receive fulfillment

Available products are shipped daily, and pre-orders after release or receipt of delivery.

Important information

High-demand products may be subject to quantity restrictions. Placing an order or pre-order does not always guarantee receipt of the full ordered quantity.

We will inform the B2B partner about any changes in availability or order fulfillment.
