EuroTCG – B2B Returns and Damaged Goods Policy

1. Sealed Products – Final Sale

All sealed Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and cases, are sold on a no-return basis once opened.

Breaking the manufacturer’s seal results in the product losing its wholesale value.

Opened products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This applies regardless of the product’s resale condition or current market value.

2. Delivery Inspection Requirements

All B2B customers are required to inspect their delivery immediately upon receipt.

Any issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3. Reporting Damage on Arrival — DOA

To process a damage claim, the following evidence is required:

Clear photographs of:

  • the outer shipping box;

  • the internal packaging;

  • the damaged product or products.

Appropriate evidence must be provided before opening or further using any items.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being rejected.

4. Cosmetic Damage and Product Defects

We distinguish between cosmetic damage and product defects.

Cosmetic Damage — No Refund

Cosmetic damage includes:

  • minor dents, bends, or tears in the shrink wrap;

  • imperfections to the outer packaging;

  • products that remain suitable for opening or resale in their packaging.

These items are considered usable and are not eligible for return or refund.

A partial discretionary credit may be offered, but this is not guaranteed.

Serious Damage — Eligible for Claim

Serious damage may include:

  • crushed boxes affecting the contents;

  • bent, warped, or damaged cards.

These may qualify as products of unsatisfactory quality.

A replacement or refund may be offered, subject to:

  • timely reporting;

  • valid supporting evidence.

5. Courier Responsibility and Signed Deliveries

If damage is visible upon delivery, it must be reported to the courier at the time of receipt.

Signing for goods as “unchecked” or “in good condition” may invalidate your claim.

6. Distributor Terms Apply

All sales are conducted under B2B trade terms and not consumer law.

By purchasing from EuroTCG, you agree that:

  • returns are subject to the strict rules set out in this policy;

  • cosmetic condition does not guarantee collectible value;

  • liability passes to the customer upon delivery unless properly disputed.
